Search

Main Menu
We've reordered a few menu items to similar tasks sit together.
System Emails
The Hum logo is now used in system emails.
Purchase Orders
Supplier purchase orders now work correctly.
Logistics
File imports for inncoming logistics now work correctly.

This update is about handling loose ends properly, giving returns a proper home, smoothing out the small snags, and leaving Hum feeling that bit lighter to use.
Return Authority
You can now create and process return authorities.
Database Optimisation
Things should feel a bit snappier throughout Hum.
Receive Stock
This was mistakenly missing and is now back where it belongs.
Currencies
A permissions issue that stopped currencies from loading has been fixed.

This release gives managers a clearer view of sales activity with a new report showing each salesperson's orders, visits and brand coverage, while visits get proper scheduling and can be added consistently from anywhere in Hum
Sales Summary Report
View each salesperson's orders, visits and brand coverage by data range.
Calendar
Visits now include a start time and a duration.
Customer Visit
Customer visits can now be added the same way from the customer details page or the calendar page.
Customer Photos
Customer photos can now be uploaded.
Customer Creation
After creating a customer, users now land on the customer details page.

Visits can now be added and assigned to any organisation user.

This release makes ordering smarter and safer. You can now review orders before submitting, save quotes for later, and let the system route stock automatically across warehouses, while everyday fixes clear up friction that was slowing people down.
Order Review.
Users will now be able to review an order before they submit it for processing. Multiwarehouse support is also included and will generate a unique order for each fulfilment warehouse.
Sourcing Rules.
Administrators can now establish rules for which warehouse is the main point of inventory, at the organisation, customer zone, or customer level
Order Creation.
Users will need to confirm order quantity if a large quantity is added.
Quoting.
Users can now save, view and, ultimately, convert quotes to confirmed orders.
Order Creation.
Users no longer need to click ‘Add’ to place product on an order; Stock on hand now represents the warehouse where the product will be fulfilled from; full product descriptions are displayed.
Order Confirmation.
Users can now view or email a PDF copy of the order invoice(s) once they havebeen confirmed.
Customer Order.
A consistent view of a customer order will now be used in all locations across Hum.
User Invitations.
Inviting someone to your organisation now opens in a side panel, so you can send an invitation without leaving the page
Customer Lookup.
A consistent UI has been implemented for when users need to search for an existing customer.
Calendar.
Date formatting has been updated.
Order Creation.
Delivery date now defaults to a date in the future instead of 1 Jan 2026.

A bug preventing users from creating customers has been resolved.

An extended range of currencies was added to the system and made available for organisations to opt in to.
